Icheck the details for the last time, nodding to my team of private chefs who are working in the second kitchen on the mansion, one that’s closed off from the dining room. They’ve laid out a feast before me in the dining hall, just like I wanted.

After marrying Sophie last night and knotting her, I wanted to romance her to let her know what she was important to me. At first, my plan was to kidnap and breed her during her heat, and once she’s impregnated, tell her father that I’m his son-in-law now, and I’m going to destroy his business. However, after making love to my babygirl, revenge is no longer my priority. If anything, our union proved that she’s the perfect wife I’ve been looking for. I promised to be faithful to her and give her lots of children, but I also want to give her more. I want to give her wealth, luxury, security, and all my love. It’s crazy how deeply I’ve fallen for her just after a night, but ever since I made her my wife, this deep knowing has settled into my bones. She’s right for me. I can feel it. I never thought marriage would make me so happy, but Sophie is what I need in my life. The nightclub business is hard work, and the cut-throat competition and constant threats have made me a hard man. But Sophie brings out the caring Daddy in me. I gaze up at the walls completely filled with pink, red, and white flowers. My event management team came in today and re-did the living room to make it look more romantic and special. With the food and the flowers, it looks like a fairytale—just what I had envisioned for our first date.

“It’s perfect,” I tell my staff. “Good job. Did you deliver the dress I asked to my wife?”

“Yes, sir.” Ana, the head of my event team steps forward. She’s in her forties, and has a lot of experience organizing events. Her unique events at the nightclubs keep attracting new clients. I only hire the best employees and pay well to keep them. “One of the stylists is helping her with her hair and makeup. She should be down soon. Let me go and check.”

Since Sophie is in heat, and her father doesn’t know I’ve married her yet, I thought it was best to keep her at home. If she couldn’t go to the restaurant, I’d bring the restaurant to her.
